Pudge, because he was X marked, wanted to hook Kunka, but Tiny blinked in the way.

Tiny, trying to toss Kunkka back to Pudge, tossed Void instead because of Pudge's hook. (toss the nearest unit to the position, in this case, void).

Its all Pudge's fault, he would just have to hooked in the first place to take him to woods, use his slow, if he attempted to run Tiny can use Avalanche or blink in. Void can blink in to stop him for a while, too.
